Ebony Frazier
Licensed Social Worker
Reaching out for support is a courageous first step, and I'm committed to creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection and practical strategies for change.
I have over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families in schools. Throughout my career, I've supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, behavioral challenges, family conflict, emotional regulation, and the effects of adverse childhood experiences. My education and experience brings a unique understanding of how trauma, family systems, environment, and life experiences influence behavior and emotional well-being. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based care that recognizes every person's resilience and capacity for growth.Together, we'll identify your goals, build healthy coping skills, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and develop tools that support lasting change.
Whether you're facing overwhelming stress, healing from trauma, navigating difficult relationships, or simply seeking greater self-awareness, my goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences with confidence and hope. You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.
